What methods of payment do you accept? Vintage Paper Boutique accepts major credit cards via Paypal, postal money order/certified check or personal check (must clear before shipping). Checks and money orders must be received within 7 days of purchase. What are your shipping rates and options? - POSTCARDS: All postcards are shipped USPS First Class Letter rate in plastic sleeves, sandwiched between cardboard for protection. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- POSTCARD SHIPPING COST: First postcard is $1.50; each additional card is $0.50 (no tracking or insurance).
- DELIVERY CONFIRMATION*: USPS First Class Letter rate is currently not eligible for Delivery Confirmation so in order to add Delivery Confirmation to your package, it has become most effective for us to ship such orders via Priority Mail. Choose the Delivery Confirmation order option for $3.50. We cannot track packages without delivery confirmation once shipped.
- INSURANCE*: Items may not be insured for more than their value. Please note that the USPS cannot trace First Class
Letters if lost or misdirected
during transit, unless insured. Choose the Shipping Insurance order option for $2.50.
- EVERYTHING ELSE: Larger paper items such as movie photos, bookplates and ephemera are shipped USPS First Class Parcel or USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. The cost of shipping is included in the price of these items.
*Regrettably, we cannot be responsible for uninsured
packages or those without delivery confirmation once shipped. When will my order arrive? I ship promptly, usually the next business day, upon receipt of payment. Combined shipping is available for certain items. We always email you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order ships. All items are shipped with tracking so that you can check the status of your shipment. What is your Return Policy? Satisfaction guaranteed. You may return an item within 10 days of the purchase date for full refund (less shipping costs). What if my order has been damaged during shipment? If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us at sales@vintagepaperboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. See our Return Policy for more information. Do you charge sales tax? All orders shipped from Missouri to destinations within the state of Missouri will be charged 8.425% sales tax. Everywhere else is sales tax free! Do you have a mailing list?
