What methods of payment do you accept?
Vintage Paper Boutique accepts Paypal, Google Checkout, postal money order/certified check or personal check (must clear before shipping). Checks and money orders must be received within 7 days of purchase.
When will my order arrive?
This depends on which option you choose for shipping.
- POSTCARDS: All postcards are shipped USPS First Class Mail in plastic sleeves, sandwiched between cardboard for protection.
- BOOKS: Due to their weight, books are shipped via USPS Media Mail with delivery confirmation, which can take approximately 3 to 9 days.
- EPHEMERA: Small items are shipped USPS First Class Mail or USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation.
- PRINT ADVERTISEMENTS: Print advertisements are rolled and shipped in durable mailing tubes, USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
I ship promptly, usually the next business day, upon receipt of payment. Combined shipping is available for certain items. We always email you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order ships. All items are shipped with tracking so that you can check the status of your shipment.
What is your Return Policy?
Satisfaction guaranteed. You may return an item within 10 days of the purchase date for full refund (less shipping costs). What if my order has been damaged during shipment?
If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us at sales@vintagepaperboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. See our Return Policy for more information.
Can I ship my order as a gift?
Of course! We will happily giftwrap your item and ship it anywhere you request. Please choose the giftwrap option at checkout. Due to customs regulations, items shipped outside the U.S. cannot be giftwrapped.
Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped from Missouri to destinations within the state of Missouri will be charged 7.575% sales tax. Everywhere else is sales tax free!
